Home Consultations:

The home consultation consists of a detailed walk through of the exterior and interior of your property.

We will discuss recommendations for:

De-cluttering
Repairs
Updates
Cleaning
Staging

You will also receive a Home Recommendation Report that will include all of the information we discussed along with photos and recommendations of anything you needed. Such as new finishes, lighting, flooring, cleaning companies, landscapers, paint colors, you name it.

This report is helpful to have so that you can refer back to it as you prepare your home to sell.
